László Bacsa
Head of Innovation Office

Focus areas: Intellectual property management and strategy, licensing, market entry, sales, incubation, investor readiness, partnerships, open innovation, co-creation, courses and mentoring.
Leads the Innovation Office and oversees the university’s innovation ecosystem. Responsible for building strategic partnerships, supporting commercialization processes, and guiding innovators from idea to market. Acts as mentor and connector between academia, business, and investors.

Innovation Manager

Focus areas: IP administration, legal support, student innovation programs, events, and operational coordination.
Provides professional and legal support in innovation and IP management, ensures smooth administration of innovation activities, and coordinates student-focused initiatives and events that foster creative collaboration.
Benedek Papp
Communication and Marketing Associate

Focus areas: Pre-incubation, HSUP program management, communication and outreach.
Supports early-stage idea development and manages student innovation programs such as the Hungarian Startup University Program (HSUP). Contributes to communication activities and engagement within the university’s innovation community.
Bernadett Pólya
Innovation Expert

Focus areas: Demola program management, open innovation, co-creation projects, prototyping, TRL/MVP development, validation.
Specializes in open innovation and collaborative project management through the Demola program. Supports teams in moving from concept to prototype, validating ideas, and achieving real-world impact.
