The project is located at the Malom Bay in Ráckeve, a site with significant tourism and recreational potential due to its favorable location within the settlement and its unique waterfront character. The aim of the project is to create a complex building ensemble that introduces a new function to the area and offers a new community and tourism-oriented perspective to a site currently associated primarily with its hospital-related function.
At the heart of the concept are healing, regeneration, and physical and mental well-being. The building complex draws on the healing properties of water and the centuries-old traditions of bathing culture, reinterpreting them through a contemporary architectural approach. The project seeks to create an environment that combines healing, recreation, and tourism, contributing to the revitalization and attractiveness of Malom Bay and Ráckeve.
