APPLY TO THE MINIMUM VIABLE PROJECT (MVP) PROGRAM

Óbuda University announces the Minimum Viable Project (MVP) Program, which aims to turn research, development, and innovation ideas created within the university into real, market-ready solutions.
The program supports implementation and validation of market viability through financial funding and professional mentoring.

WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?

Winning teams can receive the following support:
– up to HUF 1,000,000 in financial funding
– 2 months of active professional and business mentoring
– business development support
– industrial property and intellectual property consulting
– support for prototype development costs
– opportunity to establish an organizational or business form in cooperation with the university

WHO CAN APPLY?

Students, lecturers, and researchers with an active university affiliation, as well as teams led by them, may apply.
– each applicant team must include at least one full-time Óbuda University student
– an applicant may participate in a maximum of two applications

IMPORTANT DEADLINE

– Application deadline: January 11, 2026 (23:59)
– Applications must be submitted in PDF format via email.
