Young Talents and Innovative Ideas at the 2026 Startup Challenge

The 2026 Startup Challenge has successfully concluded. The event was supported, among others, by Óbuda University. During the first two days, high school teams worked on their own innovative ideas, shaping and developing their concepts.

On the third day, the ten finalist teams presented their projects in a pitch format to the jury and the audience. Each team had five minutes for their presentation, followed by an additional five minutes during which the jury could ask questions to gain a deeper understanding of the projects. Among the members of the jury was László Bacsa, Head of the Innovation Office at Óbuda University, who provided valuable feedback to the teams.

The competition was won by a team working on sign language interpretation. We congratulate them on their interesting and useful idea and wish them great success in its practical implementation!
