Startup Mindset at Home and Abroad
Dear Students,
We would like to invite you to an inspiring, hands-on lecture where you can learn first-hand how the startup world operates in an international environment—and what lessons we can apply at home.
Lecture: Startup Mindset at Home and Abroad
How does the mindset, pace, and operation of an international startup differ from those in Hungary?
What can we learn from the way companies are built abroad?
This lecture is based on real, practical experience. Guest speaker Krisztián Lukács is currently working with a Nigerian neobank team. In just 40 days, the team participated in 12 startup competitions across 9 countries and won multiple awards.
Topics you can expect:
– Rapid MVP development and iteration in practice
– Fundraising and grant strategies
– International competitions and validation
– How the London startup ecosystem works
– Actionable success recipes for domestic teams
An honest, practical, and inspiring talk for anyone thinking about startups or looking to step up the pace.
Important: This event is open to everyone, not just students of the Hungarian Startup University Program!
While attendance is not mandatory for Hungarian Startup University Program students, it’s a great opportunity to meet established teams in person, gain experience, build connections, and get inspired by each other.
